What data does ADAM Quartet collect?

On our website, you can fill in a contact form. In it, you leave your name, e-mail address and possibly your phone number. You can also provide an explanation on the contact form. When we receive the form, we will contact you on the basis of this information.

On our website, you can also indicate that you want to receive our newsletters. The newsletters are mainly focused on knowledge sharing. To subscribe, simply leave your e-mail address. Once you have left your e-mail address, you will receive our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.

To ensure that your data is kept safe, we use Antagonist's secure servers. Our website is equipped with a secure connection (SSL) and available website security updates are implemented regularly. If you contact us via the contact form, this data is stored on Antagonist's servers.

Mailchimp

Storage period
If you leave your details with us, we will keep them.
Contact form
If you submit an application to us, your data will be entered into our system. We keep this data for one year, so that we can look up your data again if necessary. After this period, all data will be deleted.
Newsletters
If you have subscribed to one of our newsletters, your data will be stored in Mailchimp. This storage is indefinite. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via a link at the bottom of the newsletters.
Analytics
The data that Google Analytics collects on the website is anonymous and therefore not linked to your name or e-mail address. Google Analytics stores this data indefinitely.
Security
The data we receive from you is confidential. We therefore handle it as carefully as possible.
For example, your personal data is never printed and all data is managed in well-secured systems and software, all of which are password protected. The rooms where your data is stored are secured and our websites are protected by the SSL certificate. You can see this by the padlock in front of our URL in your browser.
Mandatory data
We process personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest. This means that without your data there is little we can do for you.
